Job summary

Performance Team, part of A.P. Moller - Maersk, seeks a Training Specialist for Shift D to elevate frontline operations, delivering practical training for managers and associates.

You will coordinate structured routines across departments, develop new programs, and ensure training reflects safety, quality, and standard processes to strengthen teamwork and performance. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching and alignment with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or contract logistics with supervisory duties.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, safety, quality).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions for Frontline Managers and Associates, leveraging operations supervisor experience to ensure practical application.
• Ensure strong communication, teamwork, and alignment with stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational and training partner.

• Develop training routines that enable employees to learn technical and functional aspects of the operations aligned to standard processes.

Shift D: 2nd shift- Wed-Sat 5pm-3:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training priorities.

Language Skills

Must be proficient in English and Spanish: Able to deliver training sessions for English and Spanish speakers.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,304 *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
