Concept Plus is seeking a Technical Trainer to support live end‑user training and assist other Trainers in delivering instructor‑led sessions in classroom settings. The role includes providing individual and small‑group support to ensure participant comprehension and reinforcing learner understanding.

Responsibilities span training logistics, pre‑class readiness, and program support, with opportunities to grow facilitation capability over time.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of instructor‑led training experience.

Responsibilities

• Support live training sessions and provide one‑on‑one or small group assistance.
• Assist with training logistics: attendance, materials, room setup, and readiness checks.
• Coordinate with the Training Lead, Training Coordinators, and PMO on schedules and reporting.
• Contribute to trainer development through train‑the‑trainer sessions and post‑session debriefs.
