Job summary

ASM International in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Specialist II, Technical Training for the Day Shift to educate engineers and technicians on ASM equipment and systems. You will deliver classroom and hands-on training, develop labs, maintain records, and ensure safety and performance.

Qualifications

Technical degree or higher, or military technical training with hands-on experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with complex technical equipment or systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
Experience delivering technical training or coaching others is valued.

Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training on ASM equipment and systems.
Create a positive learning environment that promotes technical growth, confidence, and safety.
Coach and mentor engineers and technicians at varying levels of experience.
Support development and continuous improvement of training materials, labs, and learning content.
Update training programs to reflect new technologies and equipment upgrades.
