Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training on ASM equipment and systems.
  • Create a positive learning environment that promotes technical growth, confidence, and safety.
  • Coach and mentor engineers and technicians at varying levels of experience.
  • Support development and continuous improvement of training materials, labs, and learning content.
  • Update training programs to reflect new technologies and equipment upgrades.
