Inductive Automation, LLC is seeking a Technical Trainer I to develop and deliver Ignition training materials and maintain certification. The role supports in-office, hybrid, or remote delivery with required travel to customer sites for multi-day courses.
You will teach beginner Ignition courses, communicate complex concepts clearly, and create learning resources for colleagues. The position emphasizes hands-on instruction and ongoing Ignition knowledge expansion.
Job Description
The Technical Trainer I is responsible for developing and delivering technical course material on the various aspects of the Ignition software, as well as maintaining Ignition certification. They deliver courses both in-office and virtually on a regular basis. The Technical Trainer I also provides technical help throughout the company and may help other divisions through various training tasks. This is a full time position with in-person, hybrid or remote opportunities available. Travel for this position is required. Must be able to deliver uninterrupted 5 day courses both locally and at customer sites, and be able to travel for scheduled off‑site courses.
