Based on the Sacramento region, the new hires minimum and maximum target salary for this role is $80k - $87k. This role will be paid hourly.
Inductive Automation’s ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Although it is not typical for an individual to start at the top end of the range for the position, compensation decisions are dependent on: the facts and circumstances of each case, work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs.
The Technical Trainer I is responsible for developing and delivering technical course material on the various aspects of the Ignition software, as well as maintaining Ignition certification. They deliver courses both in‑office and virtually on a regular basis. The Technical Trainer I also provides technical help throughout the company and may help other divisions through various training tasks. This is a full time position with in‑person, hybrid or remote opportunities available. Travel for this position is required. Must be able to deliver uninterrupted 5 day courses both locally and at customer sites, and be able to travel for scheduled off‑site courses.
