Job summary

Wireless CCTV is seeking a Technical Trainer - Operations to design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training for Field Operations, Technical Support, and Monitoring teams. You will support safe installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service of WCCTV surveillance systems, aligning with quality and safety standards.

You will partner with NPD and Operations to develop competency plans, maintain training records, and drive employee development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development or related field preferred.
• 5–7+ years designing and delivering technical training in ops/tech environments.
• Strong CCTV/video surveillance and field service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and maintain technical training programs for Field Operations, Technical Support, Monitoring, and ops teams.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher, and competency-based training via classroom, virtual, and hands-on instruction.
• Create and maintain training materials: SOPs, guides, assessments, and troubleshooting docs.
