Qualifications

• Current, valid state Physical Security license and/or Life Safety license preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Deep knowledge of cabling infrastructure, blueprints, site maps.
• Certified to operate a boom or scissor lift, comfortable at heights.
• Own basic telecommunication tools and PPE.
• Flexible and available for project-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain commercial CCTV systems.
• Run low-voltage Cat 6 cabling through commercial buildings.
• Install conduit and drill concrete walls for cable pathways.
• Complete wiring and set up network switches.
• Conduct operational tests to ensure system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
• Assist with schedules and equipment delivery.
