Technical Trainer - West Chester
Job Summary:
The Production Trainer assists with the training processes locally. The role partners with the Learning & Development Manager/ Specialist and the operations team to ensure training is available for Operator/ Craft Job Certification. They will be a key contact/ primary trainer for newly hired teammates, as well as tenured teammates, from a cross-training perspective, in collaboration with site leadership.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with New Hire Orientation/ On Boarding Training and On the Job Training
- Assists with the training tracking, evaluation, and measurement of training locally
- Supports learning solution creation and content updates as needed
- Develop, build, and maintain relationships with all levels of plant personnel
- Conduct training on all shifts
- Influence others to be safety-minded
- Team member will be certified through departmental training standard, Train the Trainer and then manage the day-to-day Certification Process of teammates, in alignment with Ops L&D
- Additional duties as assigned

Technical Skills:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience conducting/ leading training, including On-The-Job training, or similar, in a manufacturing environment preferred
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems preferred
- Microsoft Office Experience Preferred- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms
