Qualifications

  • Ability to act as a role player in training scenarios.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.

As an intelligence professional on our team, you’ll manage a team of analysts as they help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll advise your client on new data sources and tradecraft, as your team builds assessments for our client. As the authority on technical tradecraft, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to broaden your skillset into areas like exercise planning and course delivery. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your customers meet their toughest analytic challenges as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our client. You Have:
  • Experience in the design, development, administration, and implementation of a technical tradecraft training program
  • Experience working with other Intelligence Community partners
  • Ability to train others in the U.S. Government on specialized tradecraft and technical topics
  • Ability to run operational exercises to teach, mentor, and motivate students
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
