Job summary

GCC is seeking a technical sales professional to advance in our employee-owned company. Based in the Northwest, you will drive sales for hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical motion control solutions while building trust with engineers, buyers and management.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor value-added solutions and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in fluid power or motion technology sales, strong communication, CAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree or 3–5 years related experience
• Fluid power/motion technology sales experience preferred
• ISO 9001 environment experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• CAD proficiency a plus

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in geographic territory by communicating with customers via phone, email and personal sales visits
• Develop trusted relationships with customers across engineering, purchasing, operations and management teams by providing technical assistance and delivering on expectations
• Identify key strategic accounts in your territory to win business from competition
• Engage with product management and engineering to deliver value-added solutions to customers
• Manage territory by leveraging CRM data and reporting on sales pipeline
• Foster internal collaboration with customer service, engineering, purchasing and management to optimize outcomes
• Support ISO 9001 compliance by adhering to Quality Policy and QMS objectives
