- Bachelor of Science; Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or other pertinent curriculum combined with relevant technical and leadership experience.
- Typically, 7+ years total experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch of the field controls technician (FCT) team for startup surge support.
- Track, document, and disseminate varying project requirements to FCT team to ensure safety and workflow compliance.
- Lead and mentor FCT team in day-to-day assignments.
- Coordinate training needs and staffing to meet project requirements.
- Serve as escalation point between leadership, PMs, FCT team and trade partners.
