Job summary

As the Senior Field Controls Coordinator, you will lead the FCT team, ensure clear project direction, manage schedules, and escalate challenges to project leads and management. Strong leadership and field experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with leadership experience.
• Typically 7+ years total experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with leadership to dispatch the field controls technician (FCT) team for startup surge support.
• Track and disseminate project requirements to the FCT team ensuring safety, workflow, and billing adherence.
• Lead and mentor the FCT team in day-to-day assignments.
• Track and coordinate FCT team training needs and facilitate development.
• Identify technical points of contact for each FCT assignment with project managers and leadership.
• Serve as escalation point between leadership, project managers, FCT team, and trade partners.
