Applied Intuition, Inc. seeks a Technical Team Lead to guide the Autonomous Behaviors and Agents engineering team.

You will tackle complex real-time decision-making challenges across heterogeneous platforms, shaping the technical direction and delivering mission-critical autonomy capabilities. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with product and customers to translate needs into prioritized work.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing intelligent agents or planning systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical leads on complex software programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for the Autonomous Behaviors and Agents team.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, raising the bar on code quality.
• Guide multi-agent optimization algorithms for distributed decision-making.
• Develop temporal logic frameworks and constraint-satisfaction for planning.
• Align technical priorities with product and customer needs.
• Coordinate cross-team integration across Axion and Acuity systems.
