Job summary

Career Techniques seeks a Technical Lead to drive AI-driven software projects from inception through deployment in a distributed, scalable environment. You will guide design and implementation across agent frameworks, ensure safety and interoperability, and lead PoC work validating new AI agent workflows and interfaces.

Bring 6+ years in production coding (C# or server-side Java), strong RESTful services, SQL/NoSQL experience, and Agile practice.

Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.
Expertise in SOA, microservices, scalable web services.
6+ years of production coding in C# or server-side Java or similar.
Hands-on RESTful service development.
Experience with SQL, Hibernate, and DBs (MySQL/Oracle/Postgres).
Experience with NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB/DynamoDB).
Experience with Agent OS or Cursor is a plus.
Experience with automated testing and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of software projects from inception to deployment.
Architect and build AI-driven, distributed systems and scalable software.
Design and develop next-gen AI-driven applications with agent frameworks.
Lead PoC development for AI agent workflows, APIs, interfaces.
Evaluate emerging AI agent technologies and roadmap architecture.
Own technical specification, development, integration, testing, and release.
Identify technical challenges and optimize performance; refactor as needed.
Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver transformational changes.
