Job summary

Visionist Inc. seeks a Technical Team Lead with TS/SCI clearance for our Fort Meade program. You will lead analytics, design ETL workflows, and augment a mission-critical platform by integrating new tools and guiding a diverse team of engineers and data scientists.

You will mentor peers, translate stakeholder requirements into actionable work, and help shape system reliability and performance in an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical teams on enterprise-scale platforms.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Experience with service containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience or exposure to SRE principles.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization platforms and standards.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.

Salary range: $170,000 - $240,000
