Salas O’Brien is seeking a Technical Talent Sourcer in the United States to shape how the firm finds and connects with engineering and technical talent. You’ll build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with Technical Recruiters to support growth across priority markets.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, market insights, and long-term pipeline development, with growth opportunities across teams and regions.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, search, or a related talent acquisition role.
• Proven ability to independently find and engage prospective candidates.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Strong research and candidate outreach skills.
• Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications, interests, and fit with talent needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Talent Sourcing and Engagement: findings, plan creation, market research, multi-channel outreach, personalized messaging, pipeline maintenance.
• Candidate Qualification and Handoff: initial conversations, fit assessment, building candidate interest, smooth handoff to recruiters, accurate recruiting-system data.
• Partnership and Collaboration: coordinate with Technical Recruiters, align across business units, share market knowledge.
• Measures of Success: quality and readiness of pipelines, progression of candidates to interviews and offers, pipeline growth in priority markets.
