Job summary

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional positions within government contracting. You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates while advising program teams on market insights and best practices.

You’ll represent ASRC Federal at career events, travel as needed, and ensure OFCCP and DOL compliance across multiple contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability in high-volume recruiting and technical sourcing.
• Strong understanding of government recruiting regulations, compliance, and labor categories.
• Experience in a unionized environment supporting BOS contracts preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS (e.g., DayForce, iCIMS, WorkDay) and CRM platforms.
• Sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, niche pipelines, and social media.
• Willingness to travel and support proposals and recompetes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to program needs for government contracts.
• Advise hiring managers on market insights and best practices; track metrics in ATS/CRM.
