Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Cartersville, GA to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles and corporate functions. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to design and execute sourcing strategies, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and drive engagement to accelerate hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years in direct talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Proven ability to source passive tech/engineering candidates across channels.
• Strong analytics to interpret recruitment data and inform hiring.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Clear communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TA Supervisor to build tailored sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networks, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct screens, and evaluate technical qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and drive candidate engagement through onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and teams to understand staffing priorities.
• Track recruiting metrics and optimize pipeline to hit deliverables.
• Represent Qcells in the market and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay current on talent acquisition trends and employment laws.
