Biorce in Austin seeks a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit for Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product and other technical teams. You will play a strategic role in attracting, engaging, and securing top technical talent in a competitive market.

You will move fast, source creatively, partner closely with hiring managers, and shape hiring strategies while building high-quality pipelines for our AI-powered healthtech platform.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruitment with strong exposure to technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps.
• Strong hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and define role requirements.
• Own full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across technical domains
• Engage high-quality passive candidates and build pipelines
• Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding
• Maintain structured ATS data and report hiring metrics
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
