Job description

Biorce is a pioneering Healthtech company dedicated to revolutionizing drug development through the power of AI. We are passionate about accelerating medical advancements and improving patient outcomes.

Our team comprises seasoned clinical research professionals, data scientists, and AI experts, working collaboratively to bridge the gap between cutting‑edge technology and real‑world clinical needs.

With an unwavering commitment to revolutionize healthcare, we envision a world where all patients benefit from accelerated and cost‑effective access to treatments. Biorce is poised to redefine the landscape of healthcare, shaping a future where innovation and accessibility converge for the betterment of humanity.

About the role

Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire the technical talent powering Biorce’s next stage of growth.

You will play a critical role in finding, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, and other technical teams. This is a strategic and hands‑on role for someone who can move fast, source creatively, partner closely with hiring managers, and compete for top technical talent in a highly competitive market.

You won’t just fill vacancies. You will help shape hiring strategies, build high‑quality pipelines, represent Biorce to brilliant candidates, and play a key role in scaling the teams behind our AI‑powered healthtech platform.

Who We're Looking For

A strong technical recruiter with the confidence, pace, and ownership mindset to operate in a high‑growth environment. You have proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps, Product Engineering, or similar areas.

You may come from a startup, scale‑up, agency, RPO, or high‑volume technical recruiting environment. What matters most is that you know how to identify exceptional talent, engage passive candidates, manage multiple searches at once, and partner effectively with hiring managers.

You do not need to know every technology inside out, but you do need to be curious, sharp, structured, and able to understand technical briefs quickly. You should know how to ask the right questions, calibrate with hiring teams, and find candidates others may miss.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic partnership and consultation: Partner directly with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape effective search strategies.
  • End-to-end recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview process management, feedback, offer support, and closing.
  • Expert sourcing: Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and other technical domains.
  • Candidate engagement: Identify, approach, and engage high‑quality passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, market mapping, niche communities, and direct outreach.
  • Candidate experience and employer branding: Act as a strong ambassador for Biorce, ensuring every candidate has a professional, thoughtful, and engaging experience from first contact to offer.
  • Process excellence and data: Keep pipelines structured and ATS data accurate. Track hiring activity, identify bottlenecks, and use data to provide clear updates and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Market intelligence: Build an understanding of technical talent markets, competitor companies, candidate motivations, and sourcing channels to help Biorce compete for the best people.
  • Continuous improvement: Contribute ideas to improve our recruiting process, interview experience, sourcing strategy, candidate communication, and employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proven full‑cycle recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure to technical hiring.
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps, or similar technical functions.
  • Strong hands‑on sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive candidate outreach, referrals, and talent pool building.
  • Experience operating in a fast‑paced startup, scale‑up, agency, RPO, or high‑volume recruiting environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines at once while maintaining quality, structure, and attention to detail.
  • Strong hiring manager partnership skills, including the confidence to advise, challenge, influence, and keep searches moving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, sell, and close high‑quality candidates.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a growing company where structure is being built as we scale.
  • Fluent English is essential to communicate with our international candidates and teams.
  • Based in Austin, or able to work regularly from our Austin hub.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Research, or highly specialised technical roles.
  • Previous experience hiring for healthtech, biotech, clinical technology, SaaS, deeptech, or AI companies.
  • Agency recruitment experience, especially within technical staffing or startup‑focused search.
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Jira, or similar.
  • Genuine interest in AI, healthcare, clinical research, or the future of drug development.
Why Join Us?
  • The opportunity to help build the talent engine behind a fast‑growing Healthtech AI company.
  • A dynamic work environment with an international team, where collaboration and diversity thrive.
  • Work alongside top talent, united by a shared purpose and committed to making a real impact.
  • Comprehensive private health coverage to ensure your physical and mental well‑being.
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.
  • Company events to celebrate achievements and enjoy time together.
