Job summary

First Resonance is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (Hardtech focus) to lead full-lifecycle recruitment for core engineering and product roles. You will drive pipelines for Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers, while expanding into Sales, Finance, and Ops as we scale.

You’ll work directly with founders and leaders to define hiring bars, refine evaluation, and attract top talent to our team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within aerospace, defense, energy, manufacturing, or regulated hardware sectors.
• Proven track record filling Software Eng, Product, and Solutions Eng roles.
• Outbound sourcing mindset; build active candidate networks.
• Data-informed; track funnel metrics using ATS data.
• Strong communication with a candidate-first approach.
• Thrives in fast-moving, evolving startup environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruiting: Drive full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Hiring Strategy & Alignment: Partner with leaders to build profiles, scorecards, and interview loops.
• Proactive Sourcing: Use outbound channels to engage passive technical talent.
• Structured Interviewing: Lead debriefs and calibration to maintain high standards.
• Metrics & ATS Management: Ensure pipeline visibility and optimize conversion rates.
• Candidate Experience & Brand: Represent First Resonance positively across touchpoints.
• Scale & Operations: Create recruitment assets and support non-technical hiring when needed.
