Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Risk Systems Specialist to deliver innovative technology solutions for risk management across our enterprise. You will provide technical support, partner with stakeholders, and help design, test, and deploy applications and data processes within the Risk department.

We value detail orientation, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with administration of IT systems or other business initiatives (desired).
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (desired).
• Experience working as a liaison (desired).
• Experience working on cross-functional projects (desired).
• Experience with Origami and Salesforce (desired).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers of Michels.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions.
• Involved in design, development, testing and deployment of applications, integrations and enhancements for Michels Risk department's systems and data processes.
