Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with administration of IT systems or other business initiatives (desired)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (desired)
- Experience working as a liaison (desired)
- Experience working on cross-functional projects (desired)
- Experience with Origami and Salesforce (desired)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers of Michels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective and innovative technology solutions improving Risk systems.
- Involve in design, development, testing and deployment of applications, integrations and enhancements for Michels Risk department's systems and data processes.
