Job summary

Westlake in Longview, TX seeks a Sr. Technical Analyst to optimize IS/IT applications and infrastructure across manufacturing and business operations.

You will serve as site SME for critical applications, databases, interfaces, and supporting systems, delivering technical leadership in deployment, change management, and projects. You will partner with plant leaders to identify efficiency gains, develop roadmaps, and ensure scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• College degree in computer science or computer engineering required.
• Minimum of 8 years equivalent work experience in software development and administration preferred.
• Desired 8 years equivalent work experience in a manufacturing plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain manufacturing and business applications.
• Develop interfaces and monitor system performance.
• Troubleshoot application, server, database, and interface issues.
• Define project scopes and oversee implementations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a 3- to 5-year roadmap for applications and processes.
