Qualifications

• College degree in computer science or computer engineering is required.
• 8+ years of software development and administration experience preferred.
• Manufacturing plant experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain business-critical applications and databases.
• Develop and maintain web-based interfaces.
• Monitor system performance and critical services.
• Troubleshoot application, server, database, and interface issues.
• Manage tickets, incidents, and service requests from users.
• Coordinate software updates, testing and change management.
• Ensure application security, access controls and audits.
• Provide training materials and user support.
• Lead site IT projects and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Support IT network infrastructure and testing of updates.
