QTS Realty Trust is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Financials leader to own end-to-end financial processes, drive stability, and guide system enhancements across R2R and P2P. You will partner with Finance, IT, and data teams to ensure accurate processing, strong internal controls, and scalable configurations.

The role requires deep ERP expertise, production ownership, and the ability to lead complex problem resolution while balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related field.
• 6+ years experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or comparable ERP financial platforms.
• Experience leading Oracle Fusion Financials re-implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements.
• Demonstrated ownership of financial system domains in production environments.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certification(s) preferred.
• Strong incident, problem, and change management experience.
• ITIL-based service management experience.
• Excellent communication across executive, business, and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional ownership of Oracle Fusion Financials including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, SLA and Fixed Assets.
• Define design standards, guardrails, and support strategy; act as escalation point.
• Ensure close readiness and control with SOX, audit readiness, and scalable COA and ledger structures.
• Guide integrations and data flows with Architecture and IT teams; review designs.
• Oversee regression testing, release readiness, and remediation for quarterly updates.

This role serves as the functional and solution authority across Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), and related financial domains, ensuring that Oracle Fusion Financials enables scalable growth, strong controls, and operational excellence.This position blends deep functional expertise, production ownership, and strategic leadership.
