Job summary

QTS Data Centers is offering a summer internship as an Oracle Functional Business Analyst to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform and customers. You will analyze and document business processes across Finance and Supply Chain, mapping to Oracle Fusion capabilities and organizational goals.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with cross-functional process mapping, stakeholder collaboration, testing activities, and data migration efforts within a fast-paced data center

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Job description

QTS' summer internship program will provide you first hand experience into the fast paced world of the data center industry by providing weekly lunch and learns, a comprehensive orientation program, and site based activities, socials and volunteering events. Every intern will be assigned initiatives tied to real QTS objectives helping with anything pertaining to the whole life-cycle of a data center build and/or company operations.

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented candidate to intern as an Oracle Functional Business Analyst to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform and customers. This role focuses on analyzing and documenting business processes across Finance and Supply Chain domains, mapping to Oracle Fusion capabilities and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and document following cross-functional (swim lane) process mapping.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and process flows.
• Analyze and compare Oracle Fusion configuration to ensure consistency across environments, inventory organizations, and locations.
• Support testing activities including functional testing, UAT, and regression testing.

• Understanding of business process and optimization methodologies.
• Understanding in one or more business functions (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain).
