QTS Realty Trust in Duluth, GA is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Oracle Functional Business Analyst Intern to support our Fusion Cloud ERP platform across Finance and Supply Chain. You will map current processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, assist with testing, and help data migrations while collaborating with IT and operations teams.

This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to data center operations, real-world projects, and opportunities to contribute to ongoing ERP

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• US Citizenship.
• Understanding of ERP and/or accounting applications and change management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and document cross-functional (swim lane) process maps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and process flows.
• Analyze Oracle Fusion configuration for consistency across environments, inventory, and locations.
• Support testing activities including functional testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Work with technical teams to support integrations, reporting, and data migration.
• Analyze Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess impact on existing processes.

QTS' summer internship program will provide you first hand experience into the fast paced world of the data center industry by providing weekly lunch and learns, a comprehensive orientation program, and site based activities, socials and volunteering events. Every intern will be assigned initiatives tied to real QTS objectives helping with anything pertaining to the whole life-cycle of a data center build and/or company operations.We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented candidate to intern as an Oracle Functional Business Analyst to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform and customers.
