Liberty Pumps in Bergen, NY, is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to support customers with technical questions, prepare quotations, and troubleshoot pumps and accessories.

You will become familiar with Liberty Pumps products, answer calls and emails, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure quality. This role requires a two-year engineering degree or equivalent experience and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Two-year engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills for phone/email inquiries.
• Ability to read and interpret graphs, pump curves, and safety instructions.
• Proficient with Windows-based PC programs (MS Word/Excel).
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to Liberty Pumps customers and end-users.
• Handle inbound phone calls and emails with technical questions.
• Prepare and distribute quotations for standard and custom products.
• Record and track customer calls to assist quality and engineering teams.
