You will troubleshoot instrument operation and maintenance, guiding customers to prompt resolutions and documenting cases in the CRM system.

The role emphasizes clear technical communication, collaboration with Field Service, Commercial, and in-house teams, and participation in after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role, 0–2 years preferred in clinical or biotech lab settings.
• Strong communication of technical information, both written and spoken.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and explain solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for end users and field personnel.
• Document and manage customer cases with detailed records.
• Generate service quotes and advise on maintenance or repairs.
• Assist in training other team members.
• Participate in rotating after-hours support.
