Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to deliver post-sales training, validation, and technical support for Nova Point-of-Care monitors and related analyzers. This role emphasizes on-site and remote activities, data analysis, and customer education to ensure optimal instrument usage.

Candidates should have a medical technology background with 2–4+ years in the diagnostic field, be comfortable traveling extensively, and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Relevant clinical laboratory experience may substitute degrees in Biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• Ability to travel 50–75% and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site application studies for Nova POC and HBTA products and trains customers.
• Conducts correlation, precision and linearity studies with customers.
• Supports post-sales validation and smooth transitions to Nova technology.
• Reviews data outputs and presents performance results to customers as needed.
• Educates end users on instrument use and analyzes data to support department objectives.
• Manages escalated customer calls and documents activities in the CRM system.
• Maintains data files for all validation data per policy.
• Serves as a resource to field support peers and travels as required.
