Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the Business Development team and clients. This role involves understanding technical details of products and services, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. This position will work closely with all levels within the institution and provide seamless and stellar user support, ensuring that customer needs are accurately communicated and met.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including hardware and software.
  3. Provide training and guidance to users on new systems, software, and hardware.
  4. Communicate with users, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
  5. Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
  6. Maintain network infrastructure and address connectivity issues as needed.
  7. Perform maintenance tasks, including upgrades, repairs, and component replacements.
  8. Administer user accounts and access rights.
  9. Monitor system performance and report issues.
  10. Develop and deliver technical documentation and training materials.
  11. Escalate complex issues to support personnel or engineers when necessary.
