Source One is a staffing services company and we’re currently looking for the following individuals to work for an autonomous vehicle (AV) company in Las Vegas, NV (fully on-site).

Title: TeleOperations Specialist (Technical Support Specialist) - Contract

Pay Rate: $25/hr (W-2) plus benefits (listed below)

Training & Work Schedules:

• Candidates can choose between the AM or PM training shift (first 8 weeks)


• AM: Mon - Fri, 9:30am - 6:00pm


• PM: Mon - Fri, 5:30pm - 2:00am


• Specific shifts will be given 2 weeks before the end of the 8 week training period, but you MUST be available from 1:30am - 2:00am.


• After the training period, you will be assigned an initial shift, which will be one of the following: 1:30am - 10:00am, 10:00am - 6:30pm, 12:00pm - 8:30pm, or 5:30pm - 2:00am.

Job description: Our client, an innovative, on-demand autonomous ride-hailing company, is seeking to hire multiple TeleOperations Operators to support its growing fleet of autonomous vehicles. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of self-driving technology by monitoring vehicles, providing remote assistance when needed, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the TeleOperations system.

As a TeleOperations Operator, you will be the “human-in-the-loop,” bridging the gap between autonomous driving systems and real-world scenarios that require intervention. This position is perfect for candidates with a strong technical aptitude, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, analytics, or related field
