Job summary

S1 Technology LLC is seeking a Technical Support Lead to guide the team with hands-on problem solving and high-quality service. This role emphasizes technical excellence, peer coaching, and setting a strong example beyond ticket fixing.

You will address the toughest issues, maintain clear ticket notes, and help colleagues resolve problems promptly in client environments. Strong communication and multitasking across tickets are essential.

Qualifications

• Background experience with supporting end-users in a fast-paced service desk or similar role where youowned issues rather than just routing them.
• Extensive experience supporting Microsoft 365 Administration (SharePoint, Teams, and related services) and Windows Server administration.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot core network issues and PC hardware/software problems.

Responsibilities

S1 Technology is hiring a Technical Support Lead - a highly skilled technician and hands‑on problem solver who thrives in complex environments. This is not a management or project management position; it's an opportunity to lead through technical expertise, peer‑level coaching, and example.

You’ll support the team by taking on the hardest technical issues, helping others work through complex problems, and setting a high bar for quality and communication, not just "fix tickets."

In This Role, You Will

• Respond to client support requests by phone, email, and remote tools, and stay with the issue until it is resolved.
• Troubleshoot workstations, servers, Microsoft environments, and core network issues like switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, and VLANs in client environments.
• Own client tickets from beginning to end with escalated support from your team when needed to ensure efficient and effective resolution of the tickets.
• Keep clear notes in tickets, manage your queue, and communicate realistic timelines so clients know what to expect.

Experience & Skillset Requirements

• Background experience with supporting end-users in a fast‑paced service desk, technical support, or similar role where you owned issues instead of just routing them.
• Extensive experience supporting:
  • Microsoft 365 Administration (SharePoint, Teams, and related services)
  • Windows Server Administration
  • Basic networking concepts & troubleshooting
  • PC hardware & software troubleshooting
• Supported end users in an MSP or other client‑facing IT setting and juggled multiple tickets or projects at once.
• Communicated clearly with end users in a variety of mediums (i.e. phone, email, client portal, etc.) to understand and resolve issues timely and accurately.
