We’re partnering with a multi-state retail organization to hire a Technical Support Specialist to support store and corporate operations.

Responsibilities

This role serves as the first point of contact for inbound calls, helping troubleshoot issues, create service tickets, and escalate when needed. Support areas include IT applications, POS systems, maintenance requests, alarms, and other operational needs.

Qualifications

• Retail experience supporting PoS (Aloha or Verifone)
• Has provided phone support in an Enterprise environment for 12 months
• Understands the need for problem solving, asking probing questions, can follow troubleshooting scripts
• Solid working knowledge of KPIs and articulate how their performance was measured
