Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to join our team at Bethesda Home of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, SD. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, supporting physical, occupational, and speech therapists in a variety of settings including nursing homes and outpatient facilities.

The Rehabilitation Technician will assist patients, prepare therapy rooms, coordinate Telehealth, and perform essential administrative tasks to help deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support as an active member of our rehabilitation team: physical, occupational & speech therapy.
• Assist patients to their therapy groups.
• Complete essential administrative tasks.
• Prepare therapy room for patient care.
• Coordination of Telehealth.
