Job summary

Core Managed is seeking a junior IT technician to join a fast-growing team in Carmel, Indiana. This role focuses on level 1 support for incoming issues, with opportunities to learn cutting-edge cloud and cybersecurity technologies alongside senior staff.

You will develop relationships with clients and internal staff, handle daily support tasks, and occasionally work at client sites. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Core Managed is looking for an IT tech that has the desire to join a fast-growing company. This will be a junior level, fast paced position, and you will be doing level 1 support for incoming issues. The perfect candidate has a strong ability to learn new IT techniques, excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service talents to help non-technical users and exceptional time management skills. Here you will be exposed to a wide range of advanced technologies and be able to work side by side with senior team members to increase your knowledge.
