Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree or two to four years of related experience.
• Basic Windows knowledge and proficient typing are required.
• Customer-centric approach with clear speaking voice.
• Ability to handle inquiries regarding installation, service, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers and dealers with questions on installation, service, or admin tasks.
• Monitor, action, resolve Stairsafe reporting and Acorn Club contact requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide technical assistance.
• Escalate advanced technical requests and customer complaints.
• Complete incident reports and schedule service appointments with clients.
• Document client contact outcomes in the database.
• Determine warranty coverage and assist with invoicing for finance.
• Process payments and assist with parts ordering and service calls.
