Job summary

FN America, LLC seeks a Technical Customer Support Coordinator to deliver technical assistance and responsive service to internal and external customers. You will manage orders in ERP, handle returns, and support the sales team with accurate information and efficient processes.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in firearms or related sectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service experience required; firearms industry experience preferred.
• Experience building a contact center knowledge base is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer service to internal and external customers.
• Process orders in ERP and manage documentation for Title II/NFA items.
• Train FNA and partner staff on products and processes.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and compliance to ensure accurate invoicing and orders.
• Maintain customer information in databases and support sales team.
