Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical support, field service, or engineering for PLCs/HMI connectivity.
• Proficiency with AC500 PLC and CP600 HMI products.
• Experience in HVAC, water, wastewater, or industrial applications.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical support expert for AC500 CP600 and connectivity to ABB drives.
• Provide phone/email support for advanced technical problems; assist with commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with engineering and product management on releases and updates; contribute to quality feedback.
• Lead creation of internal tech notes, training content, and legacy spare parts documentation.
