Job summary

Texas First Rentals is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to partner with operations managers and local technicians. You will provide advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and training on rental equipment to optimize readiness across branches based on demand forecasts.

Responsibilities include overseeing product updates, developing new rental solutions, and delivering Legendary Customer Service while complying with safety policies and company standards.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of technical work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
• High school/equivalent diploma or trade school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read, understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and produce modifications.

Responsibilities

• Models, promotes, and reinforces Values Based Leadership tools, models, and processes.
• Provides detailed technical knowledge and consultation to Operations teams on equipment capabilities.
• Reviews, tracks, and coordinates technical projects through all phases to completion.
