Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for customer and internal IT environments
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments
• Support routers, switches, firewalls, and access points in production environments
• Respond to tickets, incidents, and service requests while meeting SLA expectations
• Assist with network installs, upgrades, and maintenance activities
• Document issues, resolutions, and network changes clearly and accurately
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
• Communicate effectively with end users and clients to explain issues and solutions
• Work full-time, on‑site / hybrid depending on location (U.S based)

Skills / Must Have:

• Experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or network support role
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic routing and switching
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco or similar networking equipment
• Comfortable troubleshooting Windows and/or macOS environments
• Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑focused communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to firewalls, VPNs, or cloud networking
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
• Experience working in an MSP or systems integrator environment
