Technical Support Engineer - Remote (US Based)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues for customers and bank partners
- Accurately document cases, including successful resolutions and customer feedback
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding outstanding support tickets
- Escalate unresolved support cases to the Engineering team
- Maintain and expand the knowledge database with detailed issue resolutions and instructions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in help desk support
- Prior software support experience is required
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for solving technical problems
- Ability to learn new technologies and programs quickly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SQL experience
- Experience providing support via chat
- Knowledge of Linux is a plus
- Familiarity with finance practices and/or payment systems is a significant advantage
