Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Tech Support Engineer with a background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments to join our team at our Tucker, GA location. As a Tech Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the diverse IT needs of multiple clients, ensuring their infrastructure is secure, scalable, and operating efficiently. This onsite role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of systems, providing proactive and reactive support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage Office 365 (O365) environments across multiple client accounts.
Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory for various clients.
Provide advanced networking support, including configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs in multi-client environments.
Manage, support, and troubleshoot VOIP systems across different clients.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain security camera and access control systems in client locations.
Effectively communicate with clients to resolve technical issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Proactively monitor client systems and networks, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
Document client environments and solutions, ensuring clear handoff and smooth transitions between engineers.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues while improving client system performance.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Previous experience in an MSP or similar environment, managing IT for multiple clients.
Proficiency in O365 Administration across diverse environments.
Solid experience with Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
Strong networking skills, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Experience with VOIP system implementation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of security camera and access control system installation and maintenance.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including migrations and hybrid environments.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage relationships with multiple clients.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Experience with Fortinet Security Fabric Products.
Experience with Ubiquiti / UniFi Products.
Familiarity with 3CX Business Communication Solutions & Software.
Experience in documenting and streamlining IT operations for clients.
