Job summary

SencorpWhite is seeking a software support specialist to ensure successful support of software solutions and controls for SencorpWhite products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software support, customer training, troubleshooting, and integration with customer systems.

You will lead remote support services, document troubleshooting steps, and assist in post-deployment handoffs. Travel up to 25% for on-site training may be required, with strong PLC and networking knowledge

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Travel 25% for on-site training and support as required.
Technical Skills Desired: PLC awareness, HMI panels, DOS/Windows environments, remote access tools.

Responsibilities

Aid customers under service agreements and billable remote assistance as first point of contact during normal business hours.
Lead remote support services for OS and network updates to ensure compatibility with SencorpWhite software.
Document work performed and troubleshooting steps for internal and external feedback.
Assist in post-deployment documentation to ensure smooth PM to Customer Support transition.
Knowledge of VLM commissioning and deployment of software solutions.
Provide technical guidance to Field Service to resolve customer issues efficiently.
