Symbotic LLC is seeking a Technical Control Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of automated systems at client sites. This role will involve troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident management as part of a dedicated Technical Support Team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with at least two years of technical support experience. Strong communication skills and technical expertise are necessary for success in a high-pressure environment.
The role includes a compensation range of $71,000.00 – $97,900.00 along with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of technical support, engineering, or controls roles.
- Experience in automation, robotics, warehouse, or supply-chain environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex technical support requests via various communication channels.
- Provide advanced remote support for electro-mechanical and software-related issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents to improve resolution times.
