The role includes a compensation range of $71,000.00 – $97,900.00 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical support, engineering, or controls roles.
  • Experience in automation, robotics, warehouse, or supply-chain environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex technical support requests via various communication channels.
  • Provide advanced remote support for electro-mechanical and software-related issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents to improve resolution times.
