Job summary

LiquidStack, a global leader in advanced liquid cooling solutions for AI, HPC, and data centers, is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to join the Global Services team. You will diagnose and resolve mechanical, thermal, and electromechanical issues on LiquidStack systems, collaborating with engineering and field service teams to ensure uptime and customer success across a global customer base.

Qualifications

2+ years in technical support, field service, or equipment troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with mechanical, thermal, HVAC/R, or electromechanical systems.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Experience documenting issues and resolutions in CRM or service platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical support contact for customers, partners, and service techs.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, thermal, fluid, and electromechanical issues.
Support mission-critical environments to maximize uptime and reliability.
Analyze issues using engineering drawings, BOMs, manuals, and CAD models.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Global Services to improve product reliability.
