Job summary

LiquidStack is seeking a hands‑on Laboratory Technician to validate and scale liquid cooling solutions for advanced AI infrastructure. You will own end-to-end test setups, configure complex test rigs, and work with engineering to optimize experiments in a fast-paced R&D environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in lab or hardware validation, strong problem solving and communication skills, and familiarity with thermal and HVAC systems. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Thermal Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in engineering lab, R&D, or hardware validation environments.
• Experience with system-level testing, refrigeration handling, and data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level testing across lab and rack environments.
• Build and operate complex test systems with sensors and data acquisition.
• Collaborate with engineering to design, modify, and optimize experimental setups.
• Analyze data to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, and repeatability; ensure safety compliance.
