Job summary

LiquidStack in the United States seeks a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for liquid cooling systems across our global service teams.

The role focuses on diagnosing mechanical, thermal, and electromechanical issues, working with engineering documentation, and ensuring warranty and service activities while delivering clear communication and superior customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, field service, manufacturing support, product support, or equipment troubleshooting.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, thermal, HVAC/R, industrial, or electromechanical systems.
• Technical diploma, Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, BoMs, and service docs.
• Experience diagnosing hardware issues using structured troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience documenting customer issues and resolutions in CRM/service platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical support contact for customers, channel partners, and field service technicians.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, thermal, fluid, and electromechanical system issues.
• Support mission-critical customer environments to maximize uptime.
• Analyze product issues using engineering documentation, CAD models, and BoMs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) with Engineering and Quality teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Global Services to resolve challenges.
• Document troubleshooting activities and customer communications in service systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
