Job summary

Quantum in Colorado is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist field engineers, technicians, and product support staff in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, or networked and wireless systems.

You will respond when first-line support can't resolve issues, help install and train customers, and report design and reliability problems to engineering teams.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, or networked and/or wireless systems.
• Report design, reliability and maintenance problems to design/engineering.
